Customized MES Interface For A Local Automobile Harness Manufacturer

        The basic ZEAMES operation procedure is like this: 

        1. On receiving the "cut list" generated by CAD engineer, Excel or CSV format, operation manager splits up the cut list into different "mission cards" for each work station (Z5 machine) based on their work loads. The "mission cards" then be converted and distributed to work stations (Z5 machine) via WIFI networking automatically. 

        2. The operator checks the parts(terminals, seals and wire) and the applicator visually or by a bar-code scanner based on the information on "mission cards". After proper parts and toolings have been confirmed, settings then be recalled from the internal database and the production begins. 

        3. The whole production process could be monitored on PCs or on smart phones remotely.

        With the Machine Maintenance module and Quality Administration module, settings could be shared among Z5 machines and the CFA curves and crimping force statistics data could be recalled from each individual machine for quality analysis. All these functionalities are accomplished on the WIFI networking.

        Middleware library (.dll) is available for third party MES or ERP system use, software interface could be customized on request.
